About Lachlan Stuart.

Lachlan Stuart is a Brisbane-based life performance coach, keynote speaker, and host of the "Man That Can" podcast. With over 8 years of experience coaching high-performing men, he has helped more than 1,200 clients build the resilience to thrive under pressure. In early 2025, Lachlan completed the world-first "58.Two.58" challenge: running 58 marathons in 58 consecutive days across all 50 US states (the first to do so in winter) and all 8 Australian states and territories, raising $162,000 for the Mental Awareness Foundation. Total career fundraising for men's mental health now sits at over $200,000. His podcast has published over 700 episodes and reaches listeners in 70+ countries. Lachlan's coaching is built on the Core 4 framework: Strong Body, Calm Mind, Clear Purpose, and Confident Life.
