Who I Am

I'm Lachlan Stuart, a performance coach and keynote speaker for high-performing men who've achieved external success but feel something's missing.

I work 1:1 with business owners, athletes, and executives in Brisbane and globally, helping them transform across the Core 4: Strong Body, Calm Mind, Clear Purpose, and Confident Life.

In 2025, I became the first person to run 58 marathons in 58 days across all 50 US states and 8 Australian territories, raising $161,000 for mental health awareness. That journey wasn't about the miles, it was about proving we're all capable of far more than we believe.

I grew up in Toowoomba, Queensland, and worked as a carpenter, personal trainer, and Uber driver before finding coaching in 2019. I played rugby in France in 2012, earned my Masters in NLP under Luke Hawkins, and I'm currently part of Daniel Priestley's Dent Accelerator program.

I'm married to Amy Sheppard, ARIA award-winning musician from the band Sheppard. We co-host the Couple Goals podcast and are expecting our first child in February 2026.
